Description

This session, led by the Kansas Computer Science Education Program Consultant as well as officials from The College Board, is intended to answer district and building leaders’ as well as teachers’ questions related to computer science education policy, especially as it relates to advanced placement (AP) course offerings and how they can be implemented in districts across Kansas. Successful Kansas high school cases will be acknowledged and described, and the session will open to questions from the field related to computer science and STEM education.

Not available for college credit

Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance or fees will be due; same district substitutions are allowed. If Orion is not notified of a cancellation, the district is still responsible for the enrollment fee. We understand that there can be emergencies and we will work with those on an individual basis once we have been contacted in a timely manner.
