Ready to move forward with KESA? Orion is offering days for systems to come together, collaborate, support and move goals forward!
● Teams will serve as each other’s OVTs (if needed)
● Consultants will provide continuous improvement steps, methodology and feedback
● Teams are welcome to attend for the entire day to have work time
● Systems can arrange for lunches for teams
Year 1 Systems All sessions 8:30 - 11:30 Objectives:
● Needs assessment and data analysis
● Select goals
● Research and select strategies
● Design professional development schedule
Year 2 and 3 Systems All sessions 12:30 - 3:30 Objectives:
● Strategy review
● Data analysis
● Team communication
● Reporting
Target Audience: Accreditation team members and administrators

Member Districts: $800 per team per year
Non-member Districts: $1,500 per team per year
Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance or fees will be due; same district substitutions are allowed. If Orion is not notified of a cancellation, the district is still responsible for the enrollment fee. We understand that there can be emergencies and we will work with those on an individual basis once we have been contacted in a timely manner.
