PBL Bootcamp

This 2-day project-based learning workshop will provide the foundation for project design and teaching practices as defined by PBLWorks (formerly known as The Buck Institute). Participants will participate in PBL activities in order to learn about the process of planning, designing, and implementing PBL in the classroom.

Shannon Fisher has been a PBL instructional coach since 2002. She has also completed PBL 101, PBL 201, and Instructional Coaching training from PBLWorks.

Member Workshop Fee: $200 both days
Nonmember Workshop Fee: $350 both days

Available for 2 hours of graduate credit through Baker University for an additional $180 payable to Baker. Outside assignment is required for the college credit.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance or fees will be due; same district substitutions are allowed. If Orion is not notified of a cancellation, the district is still responsible for the enrollment fee. We understand that there can be emergencies and we will work with those on an individual basis once we have been contacted in a timely manner.
