What is E-Rate?
Mandated by Congress in 1996 and implemented by the FCC in 1997, E-Rate provides discounted telecommunications, Internet access, and internal connections to eligible libraries, schools and health care facilities.

MEET TORI
Tori Bohannon has been providing E-Rate services at Orion since 2002. She currently supports 18 school districts and 16 private schools and has personally worked in education for 19 years. She attends local, state, and national trainings in order to assist area schools and districts in receiving millions of dollars in E-Rate funding every year.
E-Rate services include handling the creation, completion, and submission of all required forms (470, 471, 486, BEAR, and SPI) as well as handling quotes with vendors and all PIA Reviews and audits. Tori also works with each school and district to make sure they are getting the most out of E-Rate and that they are getting all of the money and discounts that they are entitled to.
