The Kansas accreditation system, KESA 2.0, has outlined four fundamental goals for school improvement. One is “Standards Alignment: Aligning classroom instruction and resources to standards.”
Orion is ready to help teachers and administrators with timely information on standards and related assessments. We are looking forward to spending the day reviewing the information and diving into the true intent of standards and how teachers can best implement them. Alignment resources will be shared.
Participants are encouraged to bring their charged technology and any relevant resources to align to the standards. Lunch will be provided.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance or fees will be due; same district substitutions are allowed. If Orion is not notified of a cancellation, the district is still responsible for the enrollment fee. We understand that there can be emergencies and we will work with those on an individual basis once we have been contacted in a timely manner.
