KCTCP Courses are taught and tested in a skills-based environment where theory meets hands-on experience. Upon completion of any 2 KCTCP courses, you will receive a voucher for a third course free of charge. Certification, including course-specific indicators and an assigned user ID for completed courses, will be issued to you. This certification will be documented within our system upon completion. You can use this to demonstrate your understanding in these critical areas in the future.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance or fees will be due; same district substitutions are allowed. If Orion is not notified of a cancellation, the district is still responsible for the enrollment fee. We understand that there can be emergencies and we will work with those on an individual basis once we have been contacted in a timely manner.
